The deadline for submitting abstracts to GHRSST26 has been extended to 20 February 2025.
We invite abstracts related to the following science sessions:
- Advances and Challenges in the Polar Regions of Surface Temperature
Focused on improving SST and IST retrievals, analyses, and applications in the challenging Polar regions. - Air-Sea Interactions and Diurnal Variability
Examining SST’s role in air-sea fluxes, diurnal variability, and applications in coastal areas and enclosed basins. - Climate Change, Variability, and Applications of Sea and Sea-Ice Surface Temperature
Highlighting SST data records, trends, variability, and their applications in monitoring and modeling climate change. - Atmospheric and Ocean Operational Modelling and Reanalyses of SST
Exploring the use of near-real-time SST data in NWP and ocean modeling systems, including data assimilation techniques. - From Observations to Products – Advances in SST Calibration, Validation, and Product Assessments
Showcasing improvements in the quality and accuracy of satellite-derived SST products through validation and inter-comparison. - Advances in Computing and Products
Highlighting innovations in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, and data processing for SST products.
